Chocolate Chia Pudding

If you’re looking for a delicious and healthy pudding, there’s not many better than this simple delight. Just 4 essential ingredients and a high powered blender will have you tucking into this delicious pudding.

Unlike many chia seed puddings, this is blitzed to an almost smooth consistency, giving it a chocolate mousse like feel. And it’s free of refined sugar, only being sweetened by delicious organic dates.


3/4 cup Milk (Organic Almond Milk works wonderfully)
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder
6-8 Organic Dates
Drop of
 Vanilla Extract

This is the easiest method you’ve ever read.

  • Put all the ingredients into a Nutribullet or high powered blender.

  • Pour into a bowl or glass. Leave to chill for 30 minutes.

  • Devour.

If you don’t have a high powered blender, you can leave this to soak in the fridge until the chia seeds have swelled a more traditional chia seed dessert.
